What we askYour side
01
A weekly 30-minute call

A recurring slot with your planner or plant manager. We go through the week’s plan together: what was right, what was wrong, and which rules are missing.

02
Feedback on the plan

Where the plan is wrong for your plant, and why. Each correction becomes a rule in the model.

03
Standard integration

Orders, routings, machine state and rosters, through the same integration as any deployment. Your data remains yours.

04
A reference

Up to one reference call or site visit per quarter, when asked. A written case study at the end of the term, anonymised unless you agree otherwise.

What you receiveOur side
01
50% off the software fee−50% · full term

Half the standard monthly rate for your site, for the full term. Shown on the invoice as a design partner credit.

02
No implementation feewaived

Integration, model build and go-live at no charge.

03
A named engineernamed · direct

The engineer who builds your plant model is on every call and is your direct contact between them.

04
Roadmap priorityroadmap standing

Requirements raised on the weekly call are prioritised. Partners see new capabilities before release.

05
Rate held at renewalno step-up

After twelve months the credit ends and the standard rate at the time you signed applies. Nothing is clawed back.

Why

Why we offer it

The solver is the same in every industry. The plant model is not. Each sector has its own rules: changeover logic, compliance steps, what a good week looks like. Most of them are not written down anywhere.

When we enter a new industry, we learn those rules fastest from the planners who use them. The weekly call is how that happens, and the reduced fee reflects the time it takes.

The programme is limited to three sites per industry. In industries we already serve, standard pricing applies.

Eligibility

Eligibility

The programme is open to a small number of sites in each new industry.

Orders, routings and machine state available from an ERP, MES or spreadsheets
Intent to run the plan on the floor within eight weeks
Not eligible

Pilots run alongside the existing plan without intent to go live
